Authority includes: strategic activities, contractual relations with Customers and Business Partners. Financial responsibility includes contractual relations with Banks and Financial Institutions. Employee responsibilities include new hires and terminations. He manages daily operations of the Company and leads members of the Management Team.

He is a member of the Management team responsible for technical support of the whole user community working with DYTRON’S CAD/CAM/PLM products and solutions. This includes communication with technical support teams of Dassault Systèmes and other Partners as well as training of Customers and employees. Additional responsibility includes technical support and expertise for Business Managers during the sale cycle related to CAD/CAM/PLM products.

He manages company infrastructure, coordinate development activities on the projects and has an oversight for the user and technical documentation. Provides expertise and consultations in areas related to the data migration, system parameterization and hardware maintenance.

As a Solution Architect suggest and define functionalities of PLM systems on the Customer projects as well as supports Business Managers with PLM expertise during the sale cycle.

He is a member of the Management team responsible for the development of the polish subsidiary of the Company, with authority to represent the Company and act on its behalf. He manages operations of the Polish subsidiary including Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Delivery, Customer and Partner relations.
